I am posting today as a reminder of where I've been and where I'm going to. I am today sitting at 280 LBS (That is high). I need to be around 100 LBS thinner (that is a fact). But how to get from point A to B is the hard part. In January I started this journey at 303 and have made it this far 23 pounds lighter by using weight watchers. Unfortunately that continual sucking feeling was like a leach on my wallet and I've had to give it up. My plan is to diet and exercise I know its not that hard but it is hard for me. It is just a starting place.
Today is the first day of the rest of my life, don't waist it in front of a TV or Computer screen!
